WSCC Resources

The Washington State Conservation Commission has put together a collection of great resources to help districts navigate the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation.

1. Check out the WSCC webpage for COVID-19 resources and updates. Updated frequently, this is a go-to source for information.

2. Make sure you are signed up for GovDelivery, and specifically for the topic, 'COVID-19 updates for CDs'. GovDelivery is how you'll get all the most up-to-date announcements and opportunities, such as registration information for Conservation Community Calls, a weekly conference call for CD staff and supervisors to connect and collectively address challenges to operations caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus situation.

GovDelivery is also where you'll get updates and opportunities from the CTD.

If you normally receive announcements in a digest format, consider switching to real-time delivery to ensure you are getting information as it's released.

Online Training Resources

We have added a TON of new training opportunities on the CTD training webpage and are updating it frequently!

We'd love to hear from you -- do you have a great online resource for training or information in your specialty? Send an email with your favorite links to training@wactd.org. All disciplines welcome!!

Have you filled out the

Planner Certification Information Survey?

If you haven't already responded, please take a minute to do so by April 10, 2020.

Survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MFLD8DP

These survey results are required to help the CTD prioritize you into training events, provide NRCS with an update on District planners pursuing certification, and identify the barriers to doing so (plus how we can help you overcome them!).

Even planners who are not pursuing an NRCS or CTD certification, we ask that you take a minute to respond.

Thank you in advance for taking a couple minutes to fill out the short survey. We appreciate your continued involvement in assisting the CTD improve opportunities to Washington Conservation District staff!

If you have already responded to the survey - thank you!

AgLearn

This is a great time to check in on your AgLearn account -- Check out the AgLearn information page on the CTD website, and read on for a quick tip if you've been locked out...

This is a friendly reminder to all of those with Aglearn accounts to remember to log in to your account every 20 days to main access by using your eAuthentication User ID and password to get into Aglearn. Failure to do this can get you locked out of AgLearn. The CTD recommends setting up a reminder in your Outlook calendar.

If you are locked out of Aglearn, DO NOT create a new account as it cannot be merged with the old one. You will just overwrite all of your completed work. It may be your eAuth account that needs a new password. Try....

Locked Out? Try This:

  • Log into eAuthentication (not AgLearn!)

  • Change your password

  • Close browser

  • Open new browser session

  • Log into AgLearn

If you are unable to reset your password using the self-recovery features, you can call the eAuth Help Desk at 1-800-457-3642 (Option 1), or send an email to eAuthHelpDesk@ftc.usda.gov. If your email account has changed, you need to call, not email, the eAuthentication Help Desk.
